Coach/Player Badge - Badge must be complete, signed and laminated prior to team's first game.
Coach and Asst Coaches must have badges.  Coach badge must be worn at all times during pre-match activities and for the duration of the match.
Match Cards - Match card is required for all matches.  Each coach should fill out a match card for their team prior to each match.  The card must be filled out completely and turned into the referee prior to the start of the match along with the Identification Badges.  Players' full name should be entered in jersey number order.  The referee will retain the cards and turn in to the host region after the match.  The host region is required to maintain the match cards until after the post-season tournaments have been completed.
Post season playoff - Top 4 teams from each division advance to playoffs. Tournament seeding (1st vs 4th) (2nd vs 3rd) from season standings.
